LTE – Pilot Program Terms
1. Pilot Participation
Companies joining the Luxury Travel Explorer pilot receive complimentary access to the employee travel portal and concierge booking service for the duration of the pilot program.
The pilot is designed to allow companies and their employees to explore the service and provide feedback.
2. Employee Access
Employees of participating companies may access the platform using their company email address.
Through the portal, employees may browse hotels and optionally request travel bookings.
3. Concierge Booking Service
Travel booking requests submitted through the platform are reviewed and arranged by a travel advisor concierge service.
Hotel bookings are subject to hotel availability, policies, and confirmation by the travel advisor.
4. No Cost to the Company
Participation in the pilot program is free of charge for companies.
Employees who choose to book hotels are responsible for paying for their own travel reservations directly with the hotel or travel advisor as applicable.
5. Employee Choice
Use of the service is entirely optional for employees.
Companies are not required to promote or enforce use of the service within their organization.
6. Company Liability
Employee travel bookings are made directly with the travel advisor and participating hotels.
Participating companies are not responsible for employee travel bookings, travel arrangements, or hotel reservations made through the platform.
7. Pilot Duration
The pilot program is offered for a limited period and may be modified, extended, or discontinued at any time.
Luxury Travel Explorer may update features or adjust the pilot experience based on participant feedback.
8. Feedback
Companies participating in the pilot may be invited to share feedback about the service in order to help improve the platform.
